Non-Billable Content

Currently, Kronos includes "non-billable" matters in the daily docket list. This requires it to include e-mails and calendars that have been classified "non-billable" in the clustering exercise to generate dockets. If I excluded such items from the clustering step, I could significantly reduce cost (and complexity, for timekeepers with large numbers of emails and calendars). The downside would be that you'd no longer see "non-billable" matters in the docket list.

Have you found that billable matters are (incorrectly) being classified as "non-billable" in the list of matters you receive?

Apart from curiosity, do you see significant value in the "non-billable" matters being included in the list?
