When answering these questions, please think only about the functionality of the product as you used it (or didn't use it) in the past period. For now, don't think about other features that it could have.
Currently, Kronos includes "non-billable" matters in the daily docket list. This requires it to include e-mails and calendars that have been classified "non-billable" in the clustering exercise to generate dockets. If I excluded such items from the clustering step, I could significantly reduce cost (and complexity, for timekeepers with large numbers of emails and calendars). The downside would be that you'd no longer see "non-billable" matters in the docket list.
